Alexander Wallace

Alex graduated with honors from Duquesne University where he studied Mathematics, Economics, and Psychology. After turning down a grad-school opportunity he decided to pursue his dream of being an entrepreneur. At the intersection of his interests and talents lies fitness. Over the years, Alex has acquired the leading certifications in the industry including the National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine Youth Exercise Specialization, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, Precision Nutrition Certification, and the gold standard in the industry, the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Over the last 10 years, Alex has scaled his business from a solo operation, to owning his own state of the art facility with 9 employees.

Doctor Ralph Petrarca

Ralph is a renowned chiropractor in the Pittsburgh area. He studied pre-med at Pitt before graduating from Life University with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and a Doctor of Chiropractic. Ralph has scaled his business from a single location in Apollo, to 8 locations spanning the Pittsburgh area. Being in the medical field for over 30 years, Ralph has a network of experts for every occasion. Ralph decided to get into the Hormone Replacement Therapy space after witnessing the power it had on his life first-hand as a patient. He believes that when someone can combine lifestyle modifications with specific medicinal interventions, a person can truly optimize their health and performance.

Rebecca Blair

Rebecca began her journey in healthcare in 2005 when she graduated from Allegany College of Maryland with an Associate’s of Science in Nursing degree and she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department for 10 years. During that time, she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree from Carlow University. Rebecca decided she wanted to continue her education, so she attended Carlow University and graduated with a Master’s of Science degree in Nursing and became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015. She continued working in the Emergency Department for another 3 years before transitioning to urgent care where she still works. Rebecca has a passion for fitness, nutrition, and helping people live healthier lives. This passion has led her to obtain training in Hormone Replacement Therapy and Medical Weight Loss with the goal to help people live healthier lives through a comprehensive approach. Rebecca is also a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and owns Gracie Allegiance Jiu Jitsu Academy with her husband, Jeramy.

Sandy Majocha

Sandra Kmi Majocha, MSN, FNP-C, is a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with over three decades of nursing experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Carlow University in 2010 and holds board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Sandra also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Waynesburg University in 2008 and has been a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania since 1999.

With roots in Youngwood, Pennsylvania, Sandra began her healthcare career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 1991 after graduating from the Lenape School of Practical Nursing in Ford City, PA. Her journey through nursing education is a testament to her dedication to lifelong learning, including credits toward a Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Sandra brings 15 years of expertise in Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, making her an invaluable part of the Steel Health and Hormones Centre team. Her professional affiliations include membership in the American Association of Long-Term Nursing, the Pennsylvania Teachers Association, and the APP Preceptor Academy, where she actively supports the next generation of healthcare providers.

Outside of her clinical practice, Sandra is an active member of the First United Methodist Church and cherishes time spent with her family, including her husband, three adult children, and seven grandchildren.

Sandra’s unwavering commitment to her patients and her extensive knowledge in advanced nursing care make her a trusted provider for those seeking innovative health solutions.

Dr. Daniel Olivero

Dr. Daniel Olivero, whose family hails from the Dominican Republic, grew up in a South Bronx housing project where his parents’ primary hope was for him to stay out of gangs. Surpassing these modest expectations, he pursued medical school in the Dominican Republic and became a board-certified pediatrician and expert in addiction medicine, treating patients from newborns to young adults.

Dr. Olivero’s journey includes pioneering improvements in electronic medical records and teaching nutrition and fitness to students at his childhood school. He also authored a bilingual children’s book on healthy sleep habits.

Currently, Dr. Olivero is the medical director of multiple hormone replacement therapy (HRT) clinics, including Steel Health and Hormones Centre. He has expanded his HRT expertise and is highly regarded for his support and responsiveness in managing unique patient cases. Dr. Olivero continues to innovate in healthcare, focusing on improving delivery and outcomes.
